Crearome Shea butter (Sheabutter/Sheabutter oil): from shea nuts. Melting point 35°C. A lot of fat. Can be used as it is for skin cracks, dry skin areas, baby care, etc. Emollient, provides a gliding effect in massage products. Also used in creams, lotions, body butter and cerat.

The shea tree is an evergreen tree, which grows wild and becomes about 20 meters high. It bears fruit after 8-12 years, and can then produce fruit for over 200 years! Not until after 40 years does the tree reach its full fruit potential. A good tree can yield up to 80 kg of nuts per year. The shea tree blooms in January/February. The fruit ripens between May and August.

Shea butter good for:
Most people tolerate shea butter/shea butter oil very well. Through its one-oxygen composition, the butter/oil protects the skin against irritation caused by, for example, chemicals. The butter is naturally fattier than the oil, and can be used as is on the skin. The butter, like the oil, has fantastic softening properties and can be used on dry body parts, skin cracks and all types of stretch marks. The skin becomes wonderfully soft and supple. The oil is also good for treating dry hair and sensitive scalp. In France, pure shea butter is sold under the name shea butter, for use directly on the skin. The oil and butter are also good to try for sprains, muscle pain and rheumatism.
