Gel Pack (cooling and heating pad)

Plume Gel Pack is the cooling and heating pad that is the savior for a tender and swollen abdomen both during pregnancy and after childbirth.

Use the pillow for swollen abdomen, for scars after caesarean section, sore breasts, milk stasis, hemorrhoids or where you may experience any type of pain.

The gel pack can be used again and again and placed in the freezer for a cooling effect or in the microwave or in warm water for a relaxing warm feeling. The pillow, which is the same size as a pad, remains soft even when frozen - perfect for use as an ice pack.

The pillow is BPA-free, environmentally friendly and safe. The beads are water-based.

How it works:

Cold: Cool the pillow without a cover in the freezer for about 2 hours. Then put the pillow in the case and place on the desired area of ​​the body to reduce pain and swelling.

Warm: Place the pillow in warm water. NOTE: not in boiling water (max 80°C) for approx. 3 min or heat it in the microwave for 15 sec at 700W or 10 sec at max 1000W. If you want a warmer pad, heat it again 5 seconds at a time. Press around the pillow so that the heat is distributed evenly. Place the pillow in the case before use.
